I'll be honest with you 

Hi, my name is Susanne McAllister, I have been coaching and guiding women through their health journeys for years.

My journey wasn't an easy one. I struggled all my life with food and my weight. I would lose some weight, just to put it back on. 

Then I studied Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy and learned all about why we do what we do and how to change our old unhelpful patterns. 

Everything that I teach you is something that I have experienced in my own life.

I went through trauma, menopause, loss and grief and had always used food to comfort myself. 

I was fed up with myself until finally I had enough of trying every diet on the planet and vowed to learn about the underlying causes of my overeating. 

I realised 3 things:

  1. There is no quick fix when I comes to weight loss.
  2. Restricting myself and beating myself up does not work. If it would, I would have had the "perfect body" long ago. 
  3. The only option was to heal my relationship with food and change my habits. 

I focused and did the daily work and 

I finally I lost 10KG and kept it off, eating what I wanted without food rules or counting calories using Intermittent Fasting.  

Since starting my coaching practice, filling this gap and giving women the real support they desperately need has been a passion and a mission that drives me every day.

Now I love what I see in the mirror, have boundless energy and feel confident in myself.

How many recipes will I get each week?

 

Your membership includes recipes for every day of the week, every week of the year + alternatives!

There are never any questions about what to eat or when. Everything is always planned out for you!

 

What if I have food allergies or can’t get the ingredients for the recipes provided?

 

Your membership includes recipes that are clean, and in general free of the most common allergens.

I do provide alternatives for some ingredients, but if there is something you need to substitute and an option is not provided  –– I am happy to help you find something that will work and be just as delicious!

 

Do you offer refunds?

Since you get access to your recipes for the month as soon as you sign up, I currently do not offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your membership that you would like to discuss, feel free to reach out to me.

 

Will I have access to past recipes?

You will retain access to all of the recipes you receive during your active membership.

 

Does the group cost extra?

Nope! I know it is super important to have a place to ask questions, get help, and sometimes just vent, and I wanted to make sure my clients had that place to be heard and supported.
