What is Mindfulness and how it can help  you in daily life. Learn how to scan your body and relax and mind. 

Week 2

How to nourish and move your body for a calm body and mind. Applied Mindfulness meditation for healthier choices.  

Week 3

How to stop unhelpful thought patterns with cognitive behavioural mindfulness techniques that are easy and fun to apply. 

Week 4

How to increase the quality for your sleep and relax more the mindful way. 

Week 5

Putting it all together - making mindfulness a part of your happier and healthier life.
